3. Client Portal and Account Terms

Access to our client portal requires registration and authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You must promptly update your account information if it changes
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Project Development and Deliverables

All project specifications, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in separate project agreements or statements of work. Changes to project scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Payments are due according to the schedule outlined in project agreements
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Refunds are subject to the terms of individual project agreements

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed code and assets created specifically for their project. CoBuild Agency retains rights to:

• General methodologies and techniques
• Reusable code components and frameworks
• Knowledge and experience gained

7. Scheduling and Calendar Integration

Our scheduling system integrates with Google Calendar to provide availability checking and meeting coordination. By using our scheduling features, you consent to:

• Calendar data being accessed to check availability
• Meeting invitations being created and sent
• Automated email notifications and reminders

8. Limitation of Liability

CoBuild Agency's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, you remain obligated to pay for services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
